Ty Wilson is a professional mobile makeup & hair artist specializing in print, commercial, beauty, and bridal – as well as a makeup instructor for Elegance Schools Inc.

Born in NYC and raised in Atlanta, GA, Ty is now residing in Toronto, ON but is always ready to travel where needed.

Ty is a firm believer that healthy looking skin is the foundation for achieving a great makeup look. She best describes her makeup signature style as perfected skin, enhanced features, & approachable results. She is all about creating looks that bring out natural beauty – using clean and polished techniques that bring out each person’s best features. She takes a “just-enough approach”, though her work lasts all day and photographs beautifully.

Her clients love her outgoing personality and calm demeanor as much as they do her amazing makeup artistry skills. She is constantly learning new makeup techniques and adding the best products to her kit by keeping up with the latest beauty trends.

The majority of her work spans throughout various mediums. Editorial work has been published in Salon magazine, Moevir Paris, Selin Magazine, and more. Ty also worked on Commercials for A&W, Tim Horton’s, Telus, GoodLife, RBC Royal Bank, PNC Bank, Canadian Blood Services and Grand & Toy & more.

Ty is currently working with SSENSE, on set for short films & TV commercials.
