Tricia Hall is known for her sleek, modern, urban styling, and her love of colour and texture. Her work is a highlight as part of Sunny Fong’s line, VAWK, considered one of the top shows at MasterCard World Fashion Week aka Toronto Fashion Week.
Tricia’s creative path began with visual arts early in her life before leading to fashion design and construction, visual merchandising and eventually a position as an in-house off-figure stylist at a photo studio working for a nationwide client. She then tried her hand at photography. Her desire to create looks rather than capture images sent her back to styling, her true love. This desire has led her to work with clients in the United States and Canada including the Hudson’s Bay Company, Holt Renfrew, Target US and Dress to Kill magazine.
“I quickly gave up [photography],” says Tricia. “But with that knowledge, the experience of working with talented photographers, along with a fashion construction background, I found it made me a better stylist.”
Her work has given her the opportunity to work with photographers Alvaro Goveia, Felix Wong, Joseph Saraceno, Lily & Lilac, Owen Bruce, Zhang Jingna and Koby, to name just a few.
