Having spent her formative years in Singapore traveling extensively throughout
Asia, Sage discovered her love for international food. While living in Singapore she attended an Intro to Culinary Arts program with a focus on French cuisine. Shortly after completing this certification, her aim was to pursue further education in the field and was accepted into George Brown’s prestigious Chef school, graduating with a diploma in Culinary Arts Management. With a decade of experience including international training, working in fast-paced Toronto wine bars, and being on countless food styling projects, Sage’s vast knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines helps her develop recipes & produce work that she prides herself in.
