Born William Scott Christy but has gone by Scott his whole life.
Scott offers on-set prop and styling services for photography, film and commercial sets to enhance products for marketability and story lines. He collaborates with respective teams to bring scenery from the design phase through to the finished product.
Cutting his teeth in retail management in home decor at a spry 25 years old, Scott has 20 years under his belt of merchandising furniture, textiles and accessories as well as gracefully managing people and demanding situations.
Starting at the greatly missed Caban by Club Monaco in Montreal - working as the general manager and very particular merchandising guidelines, it was here that the love affair for placement and detail blossomed. A short stint at H&M then opportunity brought him to Toronto where he would join Structube furniture. Shortly Scott became district manager for 7 locations across Canada overseeing all room set merchandising for each location. From here he joined textile giant Zara Home as general manager with a district role in close reach in the near future. Meticulously merchandising soft and hard goods, his folding and product display skills are second to none.
