-Growing up hunting and fishing, Luca still practices these lost skills regularly, it is now in his life that he has connected these skills with his career to put him in a culinary category of his own. 

 

-Luca creates outdoor dinner experiences for​ clients that are unique to the landscape and the cuisine mirrors that. 

 

-Taking clients out fishing and preparing the days catch river or lake side is an activity Luca practices often.

 

-Teaching people how to cook is extremely important to him so he joined a culinary school in downtown Vancouver to hone his technique.

 

-For Luca, gathering inspiration isn't about flipping through a cook book or strolling through a market downtown. He uses the forests and the lakes to shape his dishes and menus.
